AT THIS time there are no DirectX 10 capable chips anywhere. We previously reported that these are scheduled for late 2006 but, for the time being, they are still in the works.

The writers at the INQ must be dumb, of course there are no DX10 capable hardware yet geeze. Also I thought the R600 is DX10 and PS4.0 ready and will be avaible Q4.

Yeah, sometimes they are writing "stupid" things...:lol:
But like you said, it's really good to know that at least some of the hardware will be available by the end of 2006...:grin:

and the first DX10 game I think will be UT2007 and I can't wait to see how sweet the graphics will look.
