I made two entries: one about myspace.com and another that said "My girlfriend lives on the Internet". They disqualified that last one saying it had nothing to do with computers.

So maybe you could enter using your sisters address and then have a good reason to visit her. It's a nice case, and you could also just ask her to ship it to you (after you promise to pay her for it, of course).

Bah, I hate the "US only" contests... I mean, Canada's just straight up north guys! Probably something to do with some stupid law or something :(

Its probably due to shipping cost and tariffs.

As a matter of fact, it is. They have a long detailed legal disclaimer and that legal document is US only.

I figured it was some customs law or problem? I've eBayed a few things up that ways and it cost a good bit, besides the paperwork... But really shipping to Canada starts at $20, most things would ship for under $30 as long as you don't use FedEx or UPS. Using the cheapest method, USPS cost me $19 to ship something to the UK, while (In person, I might add) FedEx gave me $86 for their cheapest option for the same smaller-than-a-shoebox package. Granted FedEx only does express shipping overseas, and USPS does not offer international tracking, but that's just silly all the same.
I don't see the problem for including the US/UK/Canada, although for the UK I know VAT would be imposed by UK customs if the item won is over $50 in value...

I've used ebay to send & receive various things and the shipping costs were almost always comparable, within 10% of the cost either way... Customs, on the other hand, is out of anyone's control. They can charge you whatever they feel like, and you have to pay it to receive your package :(
Regardless, the T-Shirt design contest is a great idea that perhaps could be "borrowed" for a future Bjorn3D contest ;)

If I can I buy only within Canada as customs is a hit'n miss when you pay for duty.
