And a bit more MS Windows WGA fallout..................

More trouble brewing in Redmond

Just when you thought that Microsoft's WGA problems were over with the release of an updated version of the utility (http://dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=3073) and instructions on how to remove older versions completely (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=921914), things have taken a turn for the worse. A Los Angeles resident is now suing the software giant saying that it violated spyware laws.
Brian Johnson is seeking class-action status for his claims that Microsoft was too light on the details when it delivered its WGA anti-piracy utility (http://dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=2766) to Windows based machines. As detailed in the suit, "Microsoft effectively installed the WGA software on consumers' systems without providing consumers any opportunity to make an informed choice about that software."

And if you'd like to remove WGA spyware from your system............
