"Well, here's what I found out : Universal isn't really doing it. It's going to be done through Marvel (independently, or close too) and it's called "Incredible Hulk". Bana is definitely not doing it - his contract was with Universal, and so on - so they're going to get a new Hulk. They're not going to be auditioning, but merely 'going out' to names. Should've guessed. Apparently the following guys could be either in consideration or in talks for the role : Dominic Purcell, Brendan Fraser, Adam Garcia. Typical bunch of names, if you ask me."

Um, remake?! WTH?! I thought that the first Hulk film was flawed, but great overall... it did take too long to get the Hulk onscreen, but once that happened, the film was that much better :)

I thought the Hulk was alright but main story line with Bana's father was weird.

I think Ang Lee wants to do more than merely an action film but people only expect to see great action, that's why it's kinda flawed. Though I think Ang did a good job keeping a balance between the 2.

Yep, I agree. While it was a tad frustrating waiting for the Hulk to appear, the plot and character development were handled wonderfully (even if they messed with Hulk's proper origin). I especially enjoyed the "comic-booky" effects he used in the film :)

Oh boy, I don't really see this as a good thing. Why would they do a remake so soon after the last one. Like you guys said, it was flawed but was a pretty good movie. I could maybe understand wanting to do a remake of The Punisher or something...but Hulk was a decent movie. eh, who knows.

'Cause they ran out of other ideas for movies?

Dunno, but I wasn't really keen on this movie actually from what I have already seen, but I've never bothered/had any interest to sit down and watch the entire film straight though either, so I can't really say...

I just wanted to watch go "Hulk smash" but to bad dumb green hulk doesn't say it in that movie but the times Hulk did appear it was good smashing action especially Hulk's trade mark 1 mile jump.
