So what you are saying is that of your four computers, only one has a legal install of Windows. You would not pass an inspection. So that you know, Windows XP receives a $375 minimum fine per infraction, with a 2x multiplier penalty.

I don't want you to tell me, I want you to vote in this poll. Thanks. Oh, and read my reply just before this one. [quote]

I could post to many of you dobble posts, but I'm too lazy.

I think you are being too harsh on Mousiness.

I guess mousiness talk to you about his 24hr ban?

Out of all the encounters so far, this being the 3rd forum, he seems kinda harsh somtimes as he specifically pointed me out in every forum and has done so here also.

Do you think that you could have PM'ed me with this inquiry? I don't know how to post two seperate quotes in the same reply. So in this singular case, I did double post. You will notice that I had more then one or two words to say, and it wasn't spam.

Did I start a down with Mousiness thread? No, I did not. Was I the only one who complained that he kept going off topic? No, I was not. Did I ban him, or cause him to be banned? No, I actually took time to warn him. I warned him about a dozen times. After that I told him to stop. After that I told him that it was pissing me off. After that I just reported his bad post.

How professional is it for a forum owner to come into another forum and start a derogatory thread about a member? It is not. In fact, it is pretty close to poor behavior.

You could have done something creative, such as start an un-ban Mousiness petition.

Lastly, the topic where I double-posted the seperate quotes was my own. I can't really go off topic in a topic I created when we are still discussing chained subjects. You should know that.

Copying more than one quote is easy. For quotes this is the vB code (take out the asterisks:[*quote=username][*/quote]

or press the "quote" button and copy the text. Press "quote" button of another post and paste the first quote you copied.

I will work on the vb code functions; I don't really use them much. The "Quote" button doesn
t always seem to work for me. There have been times that I used it, and it didn't do anything. Whatever was in my clipboard before I pressed it remained there.

Oh ok well vB code is at the bottom of the forum for reference. It is also in my post uptop.

C'mon, nVDIA_Guy, even you have to admit he was getting out of hand, mousiness was posting a reply for the sake of posting a reply...

We all received a warning from Scott, and he made a decision. If anyone else gets out of line, I'm sure that they will get banned as well.

And, as you stated previously in another thread, mousiness is a part of your forum (an admin if I remember correctly?) so you do have a biased point of view whether you like it or not :(

I think everyone would agree with how mousiness replied to pretty much all threads.

Yes, we all agree.

So then why is some guy I don't even know going and starting a topic to bash me? I didn't dislike Mousiness, I just didn't like what he kept doing to topics.

Don't feed into this guy. If you have a complaint about me, PM me, or report me. This is so unprofessional.

I gave him a warning in a PM and posted the rules. He has gotten a ban, please do not pick on other people because someone got banned. He will be allowed back on latter today and it is up to him and how he handles it.

By the way I had more than 4 people complain to me besides what I saw of him keep going off topic. I never wanted to ban anyone but spammers and it was hard for me to ban him. He is the first non spammer I have banned from this site in the 8 years I have worked on it. Except for a staff member I let go that did not handle it well.

OK, he did some times get a bit angry, but I could understand, because he said that he was steped on his face at school. I'd like to se in what kind of a mood you would be in if that happened to you. ;)

Read the post of Markkleb (the person with Red Chrome) and TBird. This guy is the one I don't like. And, Mousiness did tell him to stop junk posting.

I'm now biased for anyone, as I did have to edit one of his bad words.

All I have to say about this is that you have no right to bash on Das Capitolin, it's childish and unprofessional behaviour. I hope we can all consider this topic closed?

OK, topic closed and deleted.
