Wow, that is a bold move. He's willing to leave his cushy job to try and inspire people to take up a career in video games :)

You have no idea how bold a move it is for someone like him to do; in Japan. In Japan it is common practice to remain loyal to your employer for life. Changing jobs and careers is a western habit that is frowned upon in their society.
