Hmmm... kind of a cool little device... too bad it's for some really dated hardware (which didn't really have much software available for it) It might be cool to mess around with though... ;)

Yeah maybe a video game collector might have a use for it but probably no one here.

From Wikipedia
The Z64 was a Nintendo 64 backup unit designed to use a zip drive for data storage.
Description
This black unit, unlike the CD64 or the Doctor V64 did not attach to the bottom of the N64 unit, but instead, it was placed in the top loading cartridge slot of the unit. On the left side a boot cart was inserted into the unit to load the units GUI. The right side of the unit was dedicated to a zip drive that faced out the right side and an LCD display that showed the progress of a game being dumped or loaded. While the system was designed for N64 development, it was more often used for the running of illegal backups of games, more commonly known as ROMS.

Yep, at that time it was like 1 of the most expensive backup units around...I think I paid 300 or 350 for it New...Now its very hard to find one around, it will be a collectors item down the road.....

Er, why do people with a ps2 buy memory cards. To save game progress maybe? And if you had read the post above you would have known it's mostly used to play illegal copies.

Why is there still a discussion on something a person is trying to sell? This thread to to sell stuff and not discuss them.
