I'd send him a link to the same driver cleaner program to remove all the drivers he's installed, before he decides to try another one... ;)

When you mean restarts do you mean it just restarts or "BSOD" (Blue screen of death)? Why doesn't he just stick with v81.94 drivers?

he has the 81.94. sometimes it restarts, and sometimes its fine. most of te time it restarts though. the thing is that its not a normal restart. the screen goes black, and u can hear the comps hd/fans or w/e kinda slow down, then speed up again, jsut like how it sounds when u boot it up. kinda like the fans revving. but when that happens, the computer doesnt load. u have to hang on to the power butto to turn it completely off and then press it again to turn it on :S

What kind of PSU is he using?
Whats the rest of his specs?

Well, from what you just said then that definitely sounds like a power supply issue, either it is failing or it isn't powerful enough to handle his system.

Turn off the automatic restart at BSOD in WIndows just to see if you can pin-point the drivers that is messing up on the BSOD.
How does other games work?

When I log into WoW with my characters all the other characters are shown as unknown players. Sometimes my bags have red question marks instead of items and whenever I try to interact with anyone or anything my character stalls. Then the game crashes and disconnects leaving me at the opening screen. I have a very good computer and the game runs through my other computer, however the computer with the trouble is about 15 meters away from the DSL hub. Could this be the problem? It is connected to the hub by wire.
All other games like BF2 run fine with great ping rates, even when I have pushed the graphics up really high.
Finnaly the problem in WoW gets worse the more characters are around. I can barely play when there is just me and another on the screen, but once in a city I can't do anything at all... Can anybody help me? Is it my internal modem, or maybe its settings?

The unknowns and red ?s are just placeholders while the graphics are loading and syncing with the server I think. As they have said above, check the PSU as it might be failing or just not enough for the sytem. WoW takes quite a bit to run smoothly in populated areas.
Also, I'd check for correct graphics settings in the bios first. In the nVidia drivers, leave the AA, etc. to letting the game choose. Then in the WoW graphics settings, turn some things down. Pretty certain they have a stickied guide or two in WoW's tech forums on how to configure things well.
I don't know the comparative stats on a 6200, but I ran a 6600 GT for a year and a half of game playing. Things weren't too bad for playing, but always slowed down in Ogrimmar, Ironforge and for raids. Only thing there if it bugs him too much is getting a better video card. I'd suggest to be sure to get one with DDR3 ram if you do.

the missing graphics in your game aren't anything to do with your connection to the game... those are stored locally when you install the game. It really sounds like a power supply or heat issue maybe both, what kind of NIC are you using and have you checked WOW's technical support site because they sometimes list known interface problems with certain brands/types of hardware/software.

There is lots of help to be had on the WoW tech forums. Chances are you aren't the only one who has had the problem and someone will immediately know the answer. Sometimes they have you clear out your image cache. They may have you give specific computer info such as from DirectX or other sources. Giving them a try wouldn't hurt.
