This whole event is a complete waste of taxpayer money. The "Hot Coffee" mod is something that someone would have to install to alter the game and have this effect. It's not like it was intended to be in the game under normal conditions; regardless if it was first written in.

I hear you, but hey, people have started lawsuits for much, much less.... such is the state of our populace :(

GTA got re-issued an "Adults Only" label shortly after the discovery of the mod as well...

This is just typically USA. The country with the biggest pon industry in the world is schocked when janet jackson get a costume malfunction. In this case, they're schocked because someone made a hack to utilise unused gamecode. So what do you do, punish the people who made the game and made the code unused. If you were to punish someone, wouldn't that be the people who made the hack. I guess that would be against the USA politics logic.
