Hi Guys!I have problem with my video card(GIGABYTE RADEON 9600PRO 256MB 8X)It won't be hard to explain you what the problems is,because i made a screenshot when my screensaver go,but the problem is not only to the screensaver.When i play some games like Counter-Strike,Warcraft and etc. .My configuration is: MB-Elitegroup K7S5A(Unfortunately doesn't support 8x);RAM-256DDR;Processor-AMD Athlon XP 1700+ 1460mhz

First question, is the card stock or is it modified in anyway or OC'd???????????

That's indeed an important question. I don't think it is, otherwise he would have probably clocked it down again.
Anyhow, have you tried getting rid of the graphicsdrivers and cleaning your system with drivercleaner as to get it completely rid of. After doing so you should then install the most recent drivers for your gfxcard.
BTW do you have any idea what temps the card is running at, with this hot weather just about anywhere in europe a lot of components are running (too) hot.

maXbimmer: The effects you are seeing are a result of excessive heat on the GPU. Either your card is running too hot because of higher ambient temps or inadequate cooling, or you have overclocked too high.

I have to agree, this looks to be due to heat or an overclock going to far. Some 9600 card do have temp sensors, so you might try downloading ATI Tool (http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/259) and seeing if it can detect your card's temperatures.

There is some sound advice here to follow, maXbimmer, heed it well ;) Cool off your video card and clean out/re-install your video drivers and see what happens
