Running 1920x1600 with 4xAA and 8xAF the single 7950 gets 136fps going Quad takes me to 198.2fps.

Oh yeah that is Counterstrike Source.

Looks like nVidia is on track with the Quad-SLi beta drivers and supposely there will be new Quad-SLi drivers next week.

is the cost of that really worth the few FPS increase you get?

Not really... but it's not like Scott paid for them or anything ;) And it's interesting to see the results of quad SLI :)

Hell no its not worth buying for the a user like you are me as its overkill. Its for rich people and those who can get them for free.

Hey **** ain't really free. Think about it, time to write the review usually 20-30 hours of testing and then writing it and editing it. Then for me you got the cost of servers that host it.

Just does not cost me cash, but does alot of our time.

I'm sure the Bjorn3d website and Bjorn3d forums both cost Scott plenty each month as it is, both in bandwidth and hosting. And no website & no readers equals no goodies to review. It does take a bloody long time to do a very thorough, complete review just to throw up a few numbers... ;)

Wish there was room for two 7950GX2's in my laptop... it looks like I'd need Quad-SLI to make full use of it's native resolution. Maybe if I remove the CD-Rom bay and battery...
