alright, i got an old card as some of you might remember, and i was wondering if i should flash the bios?
tweaked rivers, overclocking still leave fear in the old days.
ive heard it unlocks new features, and increases performance, but the problem is finding teh bios(nvidia and xfx dont like the idea). i flashed my mobo bios and i have seen better stability because of it, now im curious of video, if any of you can help it would be greatly appreciated
Nvidia XFX GeForce FX 5200 256MB bios version:4.34.20.27
IRQ:16 bus:AGP 8x tv encoder type:integrated(mv)
i have had NO luck finding anything, is it hopeless? are the big companies screwing us over even though our cards can do more?
