i`m very confused and angered, today i wnt to customs offices to recived my vga and i recived an OEM vga, i send you the vga with all the accesories, box, etc... very bad service, i`m waiting for your answer becuase XFX for me now is a very bad enterprise thing that before are very different

In pretty much all RMA situations you aren't suppose to send any of the accessories. If you send other items with your RMA product you'll get the RMA product back only.

Waldo, I am betting that you did not carefully read the RMA instructions. They tell you to only send the video card and nothing more.

You shouldn't be blaming XFX, you should be blaming yourself. Maybe XFX will be nice enough to give you another set of accessories, but I know it would help if you were a bit more understanding of the process.

Well, contact XFX and explain this to them (probably by email), and maybe they can help you.
