We need to beat this team in Folding and Alexa, the owner will **** his pants if we do either. He could not stand losing to Bjorn3D since he hates me. He even banned me from his website. But my son gets on there all the time.

Those *****es? They have over 100 members, and yet about 95 of them have piss-ant scores. I think we will have them before Christmas. Call it our gift back to you.

I see that happening no problem then. :paw: In which case I'll be sure to stick it out.

I was looking them up with Extreme Overclocking's stats, and I happened to notice there are two of them?? Riptide seems to fold for both as well.

Team "NvNews + OSNN + SP" (http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/team_summary.php?s=&t=35216)
and
"Team nV News" (http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/team_summary.php?s=&t=13531)

Team nV news has almost no one folding, only because all of the major point makers are now folding for whomever "NvNews + OSNN + SP" all is.

Well it's the 15th, so I'm starting to turn on the juice - however little of it I may have. I'm sooo close to finally beating sbrehm too. :) I might be able to add up to 3 more machines by the end of the month, hopefully that'll make a difference. :)

I'm recuperating the costs by opening a sauna.

You should really pass me by, I'm still only folding with 3 cores compared to your 5..............;) We should be about even after the next update, I just finished another and I have one more that should be finished within the hour or so. After that, it might be a few days before I turn in another, I've got some huge ones running right now.

My "5" cores break down into the following:
2 are hyperthreading on my main machine, so they don't idle so much
2 are on a dual-core server, but both are down to 50% usage because the thing was burning up
1 is on a crap celeron that powers my HTPC, so it spends a lot of time encoding/decoding video data. (it runs DivX compressions at night too)

So it's no wonder I've had a hard time catching up to your 3. :)

But yesterday I powered up my ubuntu machine (it's a 1.8 Gig duron, and it performs surprisingly well on FAH!) and I'm expecting a developper's machine today for a contract, I hope it's a dual core or better ;)... Also my new heat sink from ADPMods should be here by monday. :)

So I should be able to almost double my cores by the end of the month.

Some of my female friends are getting worried about my mental health though :)

I'll be losing one system as soon as the buyer comes up with the cash, selling it to buy a wide screen LCD for my main rig, and my main rig is shut down from time to time as it's also my test rig that I need to run benchmarks on every now and then. My 3rd system is a old Athlon XP 2600 that I use for a home server, so there's not a lot of power going on here either.

Why of course! All my computers are female. 8-) Of course, it's a trend that started with the Amiga... ;)

I haven't seen any of my actual female friends in a month though - one of them loaned me her entire Buffy DVD collection so I guess I'll see her when I'm done watching... should take me another month or so... :)

That's kind of fun to have a team or two in sight to beat. Heheh, makes me want to set up a couple of my old computers that are currently in parts. Will see what I can do to add to the total.
