This is Canadian dollers and it looks to be a pretty good deal.
I want to know what the response time is in ms but I might get one.

Dell LCD's are normally pretty darn good, to bad that they don't give the model number so you can check out the real specs. But if the pic is what you're buying, I think it's one of their nerer models......;) But you never know for sure until you call or email them for more info.

This 19" LCD has the same contrast so it might be this model:

Actually your right about the modle number thanks. (1907FP)
I called and asked if looks good but then I went hunting on line and I like the widescreen and I can't decide. WS is a little more future proof and I can go to the store and have a look at it.
Still thinking.....

Yeah, I'd suggest widescreen if possible... I know Dell makes a 20" widescreen with as good or better specs than the above monitor, but it runs another $100 give or take, the 2007WFP.

Ya... I am a firm believer in "You get what you pay for."
I decided against it as I think I will go with a widescreen.
If you read below what I am using now I think I would go ballistic if I bought a ****ty monitor.
This is just for my second computer anyways and I have a Large corner desk that narrows into a thinner side piece so I have wanted a LCD for a long time to put there.
Now that I am looking into them, "Holy crap they are cheap now!"
Kougar thanks a lot for the links!
Like every time I buy computer parts I will be investigating my purchase first, No impulse shopping. & Don't even ask why I was watching the shopping channel. lol.

You might want to check out the new line of Samesung WS LCD's that just recently got released. They are much more cost effective than their prior models and have some great specs as well.

And I've seen them on sale at places like Office Max and Comp USA for well under $300 after MIR.
