Cross Shipping

I just got my RMA # but the tech said xfx doesn't currently do cross shipping yet I see posts all over here people getting a cross ship. How do I get cross shipping approved for my ticket? I've wasted countless hours troubleshooting and testing so I don't see why I shouldn't get cross shipping too.

I finally just gave tech support a call and they authorized a cross ship for me.
