My original F40 (purchased in March) died. Did the RMA etc. The replacement that I received is marked Refurbished. Wondering if that is SOP for Corsair. If so, if this one would happen to crap out, am I stuck in an endless Refurbished loop that I can’t get out of?

Have you tried asking them? I've had good luck with refurb's But they have been mostly wireless cards from linksys. Had a couple other items i bought as refurbs and , so far so good.
