Microsoft forgot the firewall

Can you imagine having the local SWAT team show up at your door because your X-box got hacked? this guy doesn have to imagine;

That's why I never have any of my devices diretl connected to the internet. Always through a router with firewall and security enabled.

1/ How on earth does hacking a Xbox 360 mean they can place a call? My Xbox 360 definitely does not have any access to my phone line.

2/ A console normally should sit behind a router/firewall.

3/ Again, how on earth did they "hack" it and how did this somehow make it possible to place a 911 cal using a "handicaped line" whatever that is?

This story is weird.

Didn't think of that, perhapes they used some type of TTY device line like the deaf use to call.
