The video said he dropped his pen and got 'distracted' trying to pick it up. Most likely playing with his laptop (police issued of course) or his phone.
It's common sense not to mess with anything and this is why I hate police so much. They say he might get disciplinary action, but I bet they will just laugh at the station. If it was anybody else nobody would be laugh.Quote:
