I have the EVGA 460 Overclocked listed here. (newegg link)
I can get a new MSI GT 520 at newegg (link) for about $20 with a $10 Newegg code and the $20 MIR?
Is this worth the purchase? Also, i think this card can be used as a dedicated Physx card.

the 460 will out perform the 520 hands down. that card is aimed at the HTPC, desktop market and not sutible for gaming. it will do physx but may not meet the recomended levels (per game) for it.
Rule of thumb is, if the last 2 numbers are lower, most likely it will perform worse despite the first number being higher ;)
Least, that is what I tell most all people who don't know much about video cards. Another good thing is, if it is SUPER cheap, it probably sucks.
I have a GTX460 I could part with for you to sli
Maybe in the near future. I cant even spare the cash for The FM1 APU to run this board I won from here. My current board only has one express slot for vid cards.
Do you have anything to trade? Any ATI or AMD Gpus?
never owned an AMD/ATI card. The only other card worth anything I have is the EVGA 250 GTS . Two older nvidia cards, one before they needed fans for them and an old BFG i think it was. Tax time is coming soon so I may get hold of you soon :)
If it makes you feel any better, I took my Zotac 520 out of my HTPC because it did no better then my i5-2400/H67 chipset (HD 2000 graphics). I might use it again for something but at this time I don't know what it would be.
Plus it saves a couple of watts.
