It is used to stabilize voltages and minimize vdroop during load.
Yes Werty nailed it. On Sandy it seemed you needed to keep LLC on high or ultra. Where as the IVY doesn't need as much vdroop correction.

Forgot about LLC. I turn it on no matter what so it's second nature.
Looks like he is showing a 4.5GHz OC at 1.2v.
Yea. I will try for a better pic later. It also shows mining at 36.6KHashes for LiteCoin and 1.5GHash For Bitcoin. It has a 7970 and BFL box mining.
