WOW  Great score, Scott!
I didn't have the opportunity (yet) to test my card, since I've tried to download it yesterday, but all servers/site that stored 3DMark06 were totally busy.
Of course, I'll update as soon as I'll have my own results. What I know is that the 3DMark06 score I'm going to get will probably be 10 times smaller than yours, Scott.
I could suggest you get it from us but our server is being pounded hard right now :). Damn the file is popular.

Hehehe  . Believe me, I know. I've already tried yesterday to download it from your servers but it was damn busy. :wink:Quote:

So here goes.
... Lets examine the number 0 shall we?
ze·ro ( P ) Pronunciation Key (zîr, zr)
n. pl. ze·ros or ze·roes
1. The numerical symbol 0; a cipher.
2. Mathematics.
____a. The identity element for addition.
____b. A cardinal number indicating the absence of any or all units under consideration.
____c. An ordinal number indicating an initial point or origin.
____d. An argument at which the value of a function vanishes.
3. The temperature indicated by the numeral 0 on a thermometer.
4. A sight setting that enables a firearm to shoot on target.
5. Informal. One having no influence or importance; a nonentity: a manager who was a total zero.
6. The lowest point: His prospects were approaching zero.
7. A zero-coupon bond.
8. Informal. Nothing; nil: Today I accomplished zero.
So from the choices above I choose #6 and my Card picks #8 to explain it's preformance.
Futuremark 2006 was so kind as to let me know that shader model 1.X will not work with 2006 at all and it wont even let me run any tests at all. (where is that *cry Emoticon when you need it)
Anyways the still photos look cool. keep posting those scores!
OK. Here we go!!! Here are my results in 3DMark06:
Final Score: 1770 Pts
SM2.0 Score: 642
HDR/SM3.0 Score: 745
CPU Score: 804
I've ran it on my Barton 2500+@3200+ (210x11) with XFX 6600GT 500/1000@570/1140, in a resolution of 1024x768.
I ran it on 1024x768 because when I tried to run it with the default 1280x1024 resolution, 3DMark06 always CRASHED on the 2nd test, giving me this damn error: "3DMark06 has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Anyway, maybe it is too much for my Video Card.
I got 2041.
Out of a X850 Pro AGP
3500+ Venice (Not oced)
512MB CAS 3 (cheap kingston ram)
on a Asrock 939 Dual SATA2
Heh, I'm running a Radeon 8500 LE w/128MB :P (man, I cannot wait to upgrade). So I guess I'll achieve a similar score to you, eh? :wink:Quote:

Ran it today and here is a result:
A64 3000+ @2.2GHz 1:1
Asus A8N-E
XFX 7800GTX
Patriot XBL 2x512MB
3840
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=58447
I'll see if my board can get to 2.4GHz and 2.5GHz and see what scores I can get.
WOW  Very Impresssive!!! Well done, werty.
Hehe that XFX 7800GTX seams to rack up the points !
So it seems the Asus A8N-E is not what I thought it would be with overclocking. Its having a hard time trying to get to 2.3Ghz with my memory running @ 2.5-3-3-7. At those timings I could get the FSB to 270Mhz no problem on my old MSI K8N Neo2 Plat with stock voltage. I should have bought the Neo4 instead. I would prefer to run my ram @ 2.5-3-3-7 with or without a divider but if I have to use 3-3-3-7 I am very disapointed with Asus on this board. Still I will see if I can get a higher score using 3-3-3-7 or not.
