on most boards when using a locked multi cpu (920,940) it does not work no matter what you set it too. the same issue arrised with the memory divider. and the setting he needs inorder to go higher is a QPI>fsb divider ( i think thats it, similar to AMD's HT divider thingy) otherwise @ around 220 FSB you going to be pushing around 3950 QPI, Core i7's cant go above 4000.

Thanks Dragon. Using CCC to set the fan speed to 50%. Its not too loud. Usually sits at 45-50C idle and 72-73C full load.Quote:
