still have not heard back from asus, but this mornings boot up came back with an error that my CPU OC was unstable, the problem is I don't have the CPU overclocked.

I appreciate the second opinion. I was searching around the web and many others have had similar issue with memory not being recognized, and with lots of ""solutions"" being offered.

My new core i7 GTX 295 says I need 607 watt. If I don't use the GTX 295 and use the GTX 260 it says I need 484watts. Either way I am good to go with my PC P&C 750.

Just looking at Zachig and Goliath's CPU scores Vantage scores the Q6600 @3.2ghz higher than Goliaths Core i7 @3.7ghz

When running a second nvidia GPU as the dedicated PhysX card does Vantage recognize it as a PhysX only processor?

XFX is going ATI and Nvidia. Its the best of both worlds. They posted this news a few months ago here on Bjorn, and other web sites.

I guess then the only question is will XFX based ATI products be included in their Modder friendly double lifetime warranty?
