    this is on Win7, I think i could have gotten a better score if i used the newer gfx drivers but cant seem to get them to install right - decent score i think

    You need to do some overclocking on your CPU to really increase your score. Your GPU score is higher than your CPU's so if you increase the CPU youll get a higher score faster.

    my CPU is actually OCed to 3.01GHz its a Q6600

    You can probably get 3.4 pretty easily depending on the stepping of Q6600.
