Default Help out the Bjorn folding team!

If you would like to help out the Bjorn folding team here is everything you will need.

Make sure you are running the latest NV drivers before installing anything. Here are the links you guys will need to install F@H. The Bjorn team ID is 41608. If you have a PS3 than it should already have the F@H option and you can fold with it and your card.

NV made it easy to download everything needed. Go to http://www.nvidia.com/content/forcew...s/download.asp. The latest beta drivers as well as the latest beta GPU2 client are available here. Uncheck everything you do not want and hit download. Install the drivers first and then after the restart install F@H.

Put in your desired username and the Team ID 41608 when configuring the client. I leave mine on autostart and pause it when I am gaming.

You can put it in your signature using this format.

    It will look like this:

Updated. Thanks. I will try to keep this up to date. I guess that means I need to update my client at home. Is this the multi GPU client update?

I have a NVIDIA GPU2 FAQ over here as well to help. If it needs anything added or I left something out just let me know, I've already rewritten it to bring it up to date again.

Info on the multi-GPU support is here: Link. It needs the 1.07 core, which must be manually downloaded... I don't have a second GPU so I'm not sure on all the steps involved to get it up and running yet.

For people wanna use modded drivers the 177.41 runs alot better then the 177.35 but you do have to mod the driver or find a modded inf to use them. The 177.41 is more stable compared to the 177.35.

Might add if users want to they can use the 177.35 177.39 177.41 drivers the 177.41 seem best if you fold and game and they lag less. But you must mod the inf for 177.39 and 177.41 but thier not hard to find couple sites have them.

Ah my PC system is kinda crap to handle the F@H client guess I'll have to hold my spot on the Bjorn folding team without this little tin box until a the next memory update

Installed F@H gpu vers. is it normal for it to run then stop then run then stop etc.? it's not locking or anything just runs some, progress goes up, gpu heats up, then sits for a bit, gpu cools off some, then runs some more

and what did I do wrong in my sig?

My hope is that I will be back up and running in June. I have had a larger than normal amount of work these past two months – which is a good thing.
