If XFX offers the same warranty they will be top dog in the ATI market by 500%. I would say 75% of people would use ATI over NVidia if ATIs partners didn't suck and rip people off.

Even if they are not as good as the nvidia ones i am buying xfx. I can say no ATI partner that i delt with has put a smile on my face in fact i felt like introducing my fist to there face. So glad xfx is now one.

Hmmm so can we get an offical confirmation that ATI cards get double lifetime warranty?
On the XFX website, there is still no mention of ATI warranty.
"All 6-, 7-, 8-, 9- and GTX- Series XFX registered Graphics Cards. However, to be covered by the XFX Double Lifetime Warranty, you must register your card within 30 days of purchase."
