Well if you would want to pay shipping and customs you could win. Problem is I buy the boards here in the USA and can not afford to send them out of the country.

That's fair enough. I won't take advantage of it this time, but it's worth knowing that if there's a prize I really want I can get it for the price of shipping and customers. Might be worth it for some prizes.
