Stopped the server. 1 because the box I'm using can't really handle running it, and 2 because i wound up in a map with a Dev commentary. which didn't seem right.

I have a 20mb/s download but only 1mb/s up. I can host if it is absolutely needed. Right now though I am looking at saturday night.
You can you do a dedicated server in TF2?Mini Me...

@ Dragon, I looked for one in my tools, but didn't see one.
Yeah James, that was fun. Sorry about the friendly fire. but you gotta stop jumping in front of me.
[edit] Found this http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Windows_dedicated_server
and this http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Dedicated_server_configuration
and http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/5439
and alot of other stuff with a google search http://www.google.com/search?q=tf2+d...e7&rlz=1I7ADBR
seems like a pain in the butt. they should just have one in the tools section.[/edit]Last edited by Blacksmith1; 06-18-2011 at 06:24 AM.

installed and loaded the Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server. there is a selection in the drop down for TF2. there is no map list selection so a custom map list will require the cfg file to be placed in the proper dir.
