Well, no one else seems to want it, I'm always on here anyway, and I'm adding to my arsenal soon (very i hope). Gimme the specs for the promotion part, and I'll do my best for it.
BTW, I thought sonic had this job, did he retire?

He did but he is not active much on the site and I do not see him Folding unless I am blind. The biggest thing for the Folding Capt. to keep update on new Folding news and post about them in the forums and just try to keep the team talking on the forums and motivated. Rainy weekend this weekend so I should be able to not have honey do's. So have to find boxes for the stuff. Found the cards and bubble wrapped them last night.

So we will be on one team ?

    Also :

There is an idea for promotion : to create an universal name where every one can fold under , so it will be easy for people having PS3 to fold, and family members to support the folding.
(EVGApes the universal name for EVGA folding)

that's for the chimp chase, a once a year event where teams all fold under one name to see who hits 20 million the fastest.
if someone want's to fold under your name they can. I got a buddy who throws in with me every so often.
as far as i know the PS3 can be set for indvidual names, and team #'s, like any other folding client. We have several members who have mentioned using thier PS3 to boost thier points.

I meant in term of organization, but we are a small team so I will assume we will be as one.

Your team is ranked 53. I would not call it a small team by any means.

we have 45 people (current active). for the last 2 years at least, we have averaged between 22 and 30, except for contests, which started being monthly this year. so, as stated, we are doing well for such a small team. we are beatting the virtual snot out of some teams that have over one hundred active folders. we are holding our own against some much larger teams. this is the beauty of having dedicated folding team members. and I am including the guys with low averages because they keep these averages steady. they give all they have to it. we have 2 members that have gone over 1 million using a single uniproccesor client.
    that's what I call dedicated.
if you search the phrase "small team" on the main fourm list, you will see it pops up alot here at Bjorn3D. we're kinda proud of it. at the same time, I am by no means saying we wouldn't like to be a big team kicking Everybody's Butt on the team list.

I completely agree with your statement. Guess for me it is big my home team has only about 38 active users. Don't get me wrong I would like to consider this a home team for me also.

thanks for the mention, lately ive only been averaging 200 pts or 1WU a day, but I still feel that thats one WU a day closer to a cure for our loved ones. maybe soon I could get my folding stats significantly up again.

every little bit counts. I started with the UNI client because i didn't know i could run anything else. since then i have added every client i could get running.
looking at your sig i gotta wonder what's up tho.' I see 2 high point clents waiting to run right there. just that 470 doing one a days ( hr, hr and a 1/2 maybe) would up your points.

I think that's what stops most peole from running more than one setup. It's my main concern with the rig i'm trying to build. I need at least 1000 xatts and the supplies i see that have enough connectors are 1200w and up. My current set up, which I want to leave folding, is 750w. FPL is gonna love me.
