In Texas it would probably be more like flying cow turds or urine out of passing livestock trailers.

Beautiful, I am always tempted to get myself a newer corvette but then i would be a hypocrite. i am always telling everyone not to buy a car unless it is atleast 6 years old.

I think he is talking about depreciation on new cars.

If he is, then that's a valid point.
From a mechanical/warranty perspective, that's the worst time to buy them since the warranty will have run out due to time (most cars offer 4 or 5 year warranties) or be over the mileage warranty limit (some cars come with 10yr or 100k mile interval) as the warranty will have gone over the mileage limit.
this is for most cars, not all.

All my cars went down except my camaro it has remained steady in price. I am trying to get a civic to save gas to and from work but everyone is asking way to much for one and i can't find one that is unmolested and everyone seems to think dropping them 2 feet so that the ride is horrible and spray painting everything with autozone mat black paint, and i mean everything, looks good. Now i got the problem of if i scroll up after posting this its going to make me want to buy a corvette again.
