NVIDIA or ATI for HTPC
GT 240 (ddr3) vs 5770 (DDR5)
- GT 240 on a frankenstein HTPC (HP branded Asus Micro ATX mobo, 8 GB DDR2, E6300, WIN7 64bit).
- 5770 on P5Q PRO TURBO, 8 GB Corsair DDR2, Q9550.
I ask only because I am putting an OCZ 60 GB Vertex 2 SSD into the HTPC. So, since I will be doing some upgrading, might as well make a wholesale change - if need be.
