Couldn't move my arm
When i got up in the morning i reached for my phone it felt like my arm was in the air in front of me but wasn't there. i looked and saw my hand was only an inch off the bed. Felt around my shoulder and could tell something was wrong so i grabbed my arm and popped it back in. Now i know why my shoulder's been hurting me the last few years guess somethings been wrong with it for a while lol. Didn't hurt and i wasn't worried just thought that was weird. I have no idea how it happened i must of slept on it in a horrible position and rolled in my sleep in a horrible way.

have you ever dislocated it before? if not ( and maybe so anyway) you should see a doctor about this.

Actually i think i have had a problem for a while now that i look back at things ever since i popped it back in my arms been more solid then ever. When i would push open doors at work i would feel my shoulder shift and now its solid. I've always had problems with the shoulder since highschool never really saw a doctor about it. I know i should see a doctor but i probably won't i self diagnose and self treat a lot. I am a nursing student though but still i know i am not a doctor.

sounds like it has been dislocated for years.

Ya, i think it was out because i was in pain for a few years pain went away the last year or so. I think the tendons have been stretching all those years until it got to the point it did that day. thing is i can't recall a day were i even came close to doing anything that would dislocate my shoulder. Same thing happened with my hernia never was really in any pain just noticed it when it finally got big.
