    it apparently gives a boost to the v6 and v7 clients on these cores.

    so I noticed. I tried asking them if there was a windows version, or if they knew a way to get the -bigadv working on a 6 core in win (they do it in linux) but apparently they don't like me cause last night I was deactivated, and today I was permanently banned from that site. don't know what I did, I guess they hate windows users...

    Thanks for the heads up, and sorry they treated you that way. When I get my X6 I'll play with some folding options and see what I get. I guess that the way to get Kraken to work on Windows is to run Linux under VirtualBox.
