Steve Jobs Resigns as Apple CEO
Following many years as the face of Apple Computer, Steve Jobs has resigned his post as CEO of Apple. Jobs has named former COO Tim Cook as his replacement. However, this is not a total departure from the company--Jobs will stay on as Chairman of the Board, and an Apple employee. He published the following letter upon his resignation:
