Pretty nice little cooler as a upgrade from stock supplied CPU cooler and performs noticeably better.Just have to check the memory stick heights for clearance and should be AOK.Have found in the past that some Evercool fans worked really well.too.Seems that Evercool may have done a pretty good job with the finish on the heat sink as well for a cpu cooler in this price range.

Sorry it took this long. the clearance from the bottom of the fins to the top of the memslot is 3.5cm, 1 and 3/8 inches.
