Seagate and LaCie Announce Exclusive Agreement with Intent for Seagate to Acquire Con
Seagate is looking to buy 64.5% of LaCie share. According to the PR, the purchase would add "LaCie's line of premium branded consumer storage solutions, network-attached storage solution and software offerings to Seagate's array of mainstream consumer storage products." This will help Seagate to expand its consumer storage
