Thecus puts the link aggregations, where you connect to LAN ports to gain additional throughputs, to the test. The test is done with Thecus Top Towe N10850 paired with Intel Pro/1000 PT dual port network card. The testing NAS unit is paired with four WD VelociRaptor running in RAID 5 with the link aggregation mode set to 802.3ad.
