Guys, those of you that had bad experience with GIGABYTE in the past and their customer service (RMA), please send me a PM on the forums with your Name, Email, and Phone #, and if you guys still have the RMA#, and I'll try to help you guys out. GIGABYTE is on board, I let them know about the bad experience you guys had and they would like to check into this and try to figure out where things went wrong, and perhaps help out if possible. Thanks!

Well I did get a second RMA, few things with the card were out of the ordinary (overheating, component failure symptoms were not consistent) so I gave it some final testing.
It turns out that there is some kind of week connection between the card and the mobo socket, It has to been on the card because it seems to be doing the same thing in different mobo's that a put it in. The card has to be at a very specific position when in the socket (cant be sagging down etc) it seems to be very picky. Then all works fine benchmarks/video on reboot. Once the card gets out of alignment even by a few mm system will boot without video.
Should I still RMA' thisSetup:#1 Intel i7 2600k @ 4.7 GHz, Mobo: ASUS P8P67 Deluxe B3, Memory: Gskill Ripjaws 2133 2x4GB

If you want to pay for shipping then yes I would. I would tell them in person exactly what the problem is and that it's a hassle. Since you know what the problem is it's up to you whether you want to send it back in or not.
