Black Ops II Tech Analyzed By Military Expert

Wondering if Black Ops II technology was based on actual specs of real military hardware? The military is actually looking into the same thing. BLOPS II's unmanned aerial vehicles along with other features of the game was commented by Peter W. Singer, a military expert, director of the 21st Century Defense Initiative and a senior fellow in Foreign Policy at Brookings.
