OCZ’s has released Vector SSD Series with the next generation Indilix Barefoot 3 controller. Available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB capacities, the Vector SSD has a rated 550 MB/s read and 530 MB/s write. The drive is also rated to have random read performance up to 100,000 IOPS. It will come in 7-mm form factor, perfect for Ultrabooks. Atleast its not apart of the saturated market which is Sandforce.

A 5 year warranty to boot is very nice.

Wow. This looks to be their new top-of-the-line SSD.

At least OCZ isn't scrapping their products even if there are rumors of being bought out.
