    Default GeForce Experience Beta Launched

If you're using NVIDIA graphics card and want to know the best settings on the games you play, NVIDIA recently launched an auto-optimization and driver updater software called GeForce Experience to help you do so. It is still on beta stage and NVIDIA would like to hear feedback from end-users.

Interesting idea for sure. I'm wondering if it will actually work though. I know sometimes auto settings are too high/low, so Nvidia would have to do hands on research in order for this to work.

Based on how I understood it, it depends on the graphics card you are using. Max settings wouldn't be a problem if you have good cards and would render the software partially useless. Just the driver updater would be useful. The auto-optimization should be helpful elsewhere

This would be great for the uninitiated however, most of us in here are initiated.

Lol yea I know exactly what this is intended for. It was more of a joke than anything.

IIRC WHQL drivers have an updater.

It's a nice idea, but it's a pity they use 40fps as the target, instead of something user configurable.
