    Very respectable.

I believe that you can run two cards in non-SLI mode. And doesn't the Folding application let you choose which card to use?

Using Folding Tracker to Fold on CPU with SMP and the GTX 580. GTX680 stays free for gaming. So even when gaming the CPU will drop some folding speed but gaming is just fine.

Sounds like a good build and fun system to game on. Getting back into the folding again now that we have some cooler weather. Only working GPU tasks so far on my MSI laptop using a Nvidia 570m gpu. Not in it for the points, but Dad and my spouse may benefit from the research results.
Summer Folding: Homebrew water cooled Intel 980x/6GB usually 24/7.
Winter Folding: Homebrew water cooled Intel 980x/6GB and a MSI GTX470 usually 24/7.

That's one thing that I really, really like about Folding@Home. F@H is designed so that it always has lowest priority - meaning that if you're doing anything that might require CPU or GPU, it takes the backseat and tones itself back - enabling you to constantly run it w/out worrying about speed.

Well the GPU does not take a back seat to well. That is why I put my 580 in to Fold on. To much stuttering with GTX680 Folding. SMP is the multi-core folding code for the app.
