yeah.. that's the only thing left.. I already tried the following troubleshoot
    1) change power cord
    2) plug directly to outlet
    3) remove rams (still restarts.. it should post error but not restart right?)
    4) remove graphics card
    5) removed cooler, used stock cooler

tomorrow I'll try borrowing a friend's i3 processor and his PSU as well. If not, I might just buy a pentium G processor and have the i5-2500k RMA

Btw, Intel RMA is quite legit, I had a huge problem with my processor like it started burning on the bottom for the gold contacts in a area.

<--- got a worse processor from the RMA but runs great.
Oh so my buttox feels like its been man handled is on topic?

If you were here in the US, that would be easy. I think you might have to contact the Taiwan office for RMA help or perhaps the dealer / distributor where you purchased your card from for RMA services.

    Not sure.

I say just hit up EVGA support for help. If anything, worst case scenario, do an RMA with them here in the US and use your aunt's address for the RMA.

thanks CDs.. I'm still trying some things. I hope it will work but what is the possible cause for destroying the mobo-cpu and graphics card all at once?

PSU is really the only thing that can do all that damage at once.

I'm still clueless what caused this... could my UPS did this? feeding faulty power to my PSU or my PSU could have cleaned that?

Unless the UPS had some sort of malfunction, its highly unlikely it is what caused the issue.
