The Secret World just went "buy to play"

I guess the subscription model just isn't working for MMO's (except for WoW, although it too has weakened). The Secret World sounds pretty interesting, and my thought was "if it's 75% on the Steam end of year sale I'd buy it", but unfortunately it turns out it's region restricted. Not that I'd really play it anyway, considering how much I play on my PC.

I played a few months of Secret World. Really enjoyed the game though the PVP was lacking. Really awesome story and team play aspects. I will be jumping back into this one once I get my computer back to 100%!

It's $15 currently at Amazon (link) but I think I'll wait until it's even cheaper (or resist it completely).
