I would rate it as a "decent" AIO watercooling unit.

Depends on you CPU. Decent product. H80 would be the smallest one I would use. I am using a TT 240 unit in my main rig and a H80 in my 970 rig.

I personally would never buy the H60 with how thin the rad is. I have used my H50 on a plethora of CPUs with no problem even for overclocking but I would never use an H60. For a simple stock cooler replacement I suppose it wouldn't be that bad.

First off its a decent cooler and if it was sold for 29.99 not 39.99 id get a few myself but being as I am i'm hoping they will be on some special after new years.

Second they are old stock, most of those 39.99 coolers weather its corsair, thermaltake, zalman, antec are old models and companies are selling off their old stock as new models are available already.

From what I have heard the new model H60 has quieter fan and improved copper plate.

If you need better cooling there are the H100 like models and like with all these closed loop systems mounting in case can be an issue.

Well what im trying to do is push ole betsy [CPU] to 4.0 GHz, Which right now what i have is a Intel Pentium D 935, which i do have it at 3.8 GHz. Im just trying to keep temp's cool. Im a rookie to overclocking and such, pretty much new to anything other then regular fan cooling too. And im hoping that this will keep temps cool.

Well what is your current cooling? I would get the beefier H55 myself.

Now that you've already got it. It's decent. It's good. It's better than a bunch of other coolers out there. So don't worry about it.

what's the difference between this H60 and the H55? I found the H55 at a really LOW price here in Italy...30€ in an online shop! But my bad..I have a chassis with 8cm fans....couldn't mount it (or can I?) i'm still unsure...and very tempted to buy it!

Two different companies; one was made by CoolIT and the other by Asetek.
