I would say "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs" just because... I have no clue either.

All right: it's an RTS, several tribes fight each other for the control of an island inhabited by dinosaurs and various prehistoric creatures. Some tribes use dinosaurs, others use magic or manpower. The player can play any tribe in the single player campaign (IIRC, 12 levels long) and the game supports a few multiplayer modes as well. The full name of the game (........) (....) Chaos Island has one word in common with the name of the game in question.
