2400 isn't really low for a 6800GT as 3dmark06 requires a powerful GPU to get anykind of a decent score.

My old system which was a 3ghz P4 with a 6800GT got a 2389. My new system which is a Core2Duo e6600 @ 3.55ghz with an 8800GTX gets an 11522. Quite the difference.

CONGRATS my friend!!! I'll probably buy a 8800GTX as well soon...
I have a planned business trip in about two weeks to China and Hong-Kong, so I'll probably grab one in Hong-Kong.
I'm just wondering if I can get the XFX 8800GTX XXX Edition in Hong-Kong for a reasonable price
...if not, I'll probably go for Leadtek or Asus, as I didn't see BFG and eVGA selling in Hong-Kong, though I might be wrong...

Hey Jules (the dope chaud)
Yah this is the system I built for a friend a little while back and The dope OCed it during the night while the owner was sleeping hahah.
That system is beautiful...its a monster really I've seen him game on it and never seen anything better as of yet.
Anyways welcome to the forums Jules and stick around.
Very cool community out here (not many assholes you would see else where)
Lots of contests also

Nice..
Good Luck on tht trip to hong-kong.. you should pick up a few and sell them on here.. I would consider buying one.. if it were cheaper than here in the uk.. say around 250 english pounds.. :D

Hehehe
OK, OK, I meant that hopefully I'll be able to get it for a little bit less than the price it can be bought in the U.S...let's say around 550 $US
Thanks Pat123...
Hopefully I'll able to grab one, but then...only one, as I'm not going to make a fortune by bringing more than one card...
And beside that, I'm pretty sure the price of 8800GTX is just a litle bit cheaper than the U.S, if at all...but it's cheaper than the U.K, that's for sure...
