    My dad planned on buying the same 226BW, but eventually ended up buying the Samsung 2243BW newer model. Both the 226BW and 2243BW have pretty much the same performance, except (I think) a bit better contrast for the 2243BW and also the fact the 2243BW has a PIVOT option (not that I know someone who's really using it...)

    I still own my Viewsonic VX2235WM 22" LCD Screen, but hopefully my next one will be a Dell 24".

    I've got a 22 inch Widescreen ACER, and am planning on getting a 25.5 inch Samsung for a dual monitor setup before I go to college in 3 years.

    Hey zachig, what pivot option are you talking about? This 2243bw i have came with the absolutely worst stand they could have made....If i can mail samsung and request a better stand, let me know, cuz hell i'll do that quick...

    great for multitasking with photoshop, illustrator and all the other things I do all the time, 2 screens are very productive !

    I have the 24" Dell 2407wfp-HC as well and I'm wondering is 60 HZ the only setting I can use on this monitor?
