New member, so my list isn't as important, but:
Regularly:
http://www.silentpcreview.com
HardOCP
Ars Technica
Frequently:
ExtremeTech

Nah, it's just as important as anyone elses

I'll update mine though, I've changed a few...
Religiously Frequent:
Ars Technica
Anandtech
Dailytech
Tgdaily
Regularly check up on:
http://www.extremetech.com/
http://www.legitreviews.com/
http://www.silentpcreview.com/
http://www.digitimes.com/
http://www.tomshardware.com/
http://www.hardocp.com/
Or, you could just say I frequently check the entire internet at least once a week, either one works...
If I spot a review linked from Dailytech's daily list of WWW hardware reviews I'll usually end up at one of the sites I didn't mention...
Edited: Because I knew I forgot someone...

I think the more pressing issue is, why are you using IE?

IE KICKS ASS DONT DISS IE LOL, you can only edit professional websites with frontpage using IE and its much easier and reliable than any other engine or whatever you wanna call it

i wouldn't quite call it reliable though, anyhow, the only place i really visit (hardware related that is) is madshrimps. I do read reviews n all from other sites, but i visit those by clicking the newslinks at madshrimps.

i can recall IE crashing quite a few times before, so in my book i wouldn't call it reliable
